Me, you ask?

The past three and one half years I have lived all over the country while my husband has attended law school. It has been hard for my shy bone I have also LOVED it. It has offered me adventures and opportunities I never would have gotten had I stayed in my little hometown in Idaho. I have grown to love the different landscapes, people and FOOD from different parts of our country and world.
We now are in our last and final year of law school. He graduated with his JD last spring and we packed up to move to SoCal for his LLM in Tax Law (anyone want to give him a job? anyone anyone?) So, while I'll always be a country mouse from Idaho, I'm living it up as a city mouse in Orange County.

I love my family first and foremost, but next to that I love reading a good book, coke icee's, date night especially when movie theatre popcorn is involved, a fresh off the grill carne asada taco, Friday's, hot showers, decorating, photography & any kind of FOOD- from any where! I love cooking and creating recipes-an outlet for me that doesn't cost much and allows me to share the wealth with others.

After attending parties and group functions, always asking my friends for their great recipes, I decided to start a group food blog. This way I could make their recipes and also have a way to share my recipes....and save us all time on copying, writing, emailing and asking a 100 times to get that recipe.
