Grandma Conna's Turkey Stuffing
{aka Grandma Doxey}
Bread: 2 loafs - let dry two days{...I always remember my mom breaking it up}
White onion-blend
Carrots 3 large chopped
Green pepper chopped
2 tsp sage
3/4 tsp salt
2-3 eggs whip well and add to1/2 cube of melted butter
Combine all ingredients and add some milk until the bread just holds together
Salt and butter the cavity of the ruddy, stuff well and cook in a 20-24 lb turkey at 325
