
I just thought I would share this tip...or idea.
I LOVE to bake my potates as followed. It mades them nice and crispy and full of flavor (espiecally for all you skin haters out there) try it the next time you make them. Or make them to try it. Either way I think you will be sold forever.
Scrub potato
pour some EVOO or olive oil on top
pour some sea salt or kosher salt also on top.
Rub the oil and salt all over the potatoes
bake at 400 degrees till fork tender...about an hour.
ps...I like to put a cookie sheet or foil sheet under incase the oil drips.
